1. What is Print-on-Demand (POD)?

Print-on-Demand means your item is custom-made after your order is placed.
About 80% of our products are POD, including apparel, blankets, mugs, ornaments, home décor, and personalized gifts.

This allows us to offer:

  • Freshly made, high-quality products
  • Personalization options
  • No mass production or waste
  • Unique designs you won’t find in big-box stores

2. How does order fulfillment work?

We use a fast, automated fulfillment process:

Automatic Order Processing

Once you place your order and payment is verified, our partnered production factories immediately begin creating your item with your chosen customization.

High-Quality Production

We use modern printing technology, advanced machinery, and premium materials to ensure your product meets our quality standards.

Order Completion

When production is finished, the order is automatically marked as Shipped, and you’ll receive a tracking number.

Your product is then delivered straight to your home—fast and efficiently.


3. How long is processing time?

Processing time depends on the type of product:

  • Print-on-Demand items: 2–5 business days
  • Embroidered items: 3–7 business days
  • Blankets, home décor: 3–7 business days
  • Sunglasses & ready-to-ship items: 1–2 business days

During holidays, processing may take slightly longer.


4. How long is shipping?

Shipping times depend on destination:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–15 business days

All orders come with tracking.


5. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over $80.00.

Orders under $80 will have shipping calculated at checkout.


6. Can I customize my order?

Absolutely. Customization is at the center of what we do.

You can personalize:

  • Names & dates
  • Photos
  • Pet breeds
  • Family titles
  • City/State themes
  • Text, quotes, and special messages
  • Colors, sizes, and variations

If you need something special, reach out — we’re happy to create it.


7. Can I change or cancel my order?

Because most items begin production quickly:

  • Changes or cancellations must be made within 6 hours of placing your order.
  • After production starts, we can no longer modify or cancel the order.

8. What if my item is incorrect or arrives damaged?

If the error is on our end, we fix it immediately.

Please contact us within 7 days with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue

We will send a replacement free of charge.


9. Do you accept returns?

Due to the personalized nature of many products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Incorrect spelling/details entered by the customer
  • Wrong size or color ordered
  • Change of mind after production begins

We do accept returns/replacements for:

  • Damaged items
  • Production mistakes
  • Wrong item received

Your satisfaction is important to us.

11. Where do orders ship from?

Most POD products ship from U.S. production facilities located across the country.

Non-POD items (like sunglasses) ship directly from our location in California.


12. How will I know when my order ships?

Once your order is produced, it will be marked Shipped, and you’ll automatically receive tracking information via email.

You can follow your package all the way to your doorstep.


13. Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes — we accept bulk and special event orders.
